We hope you will be satisfied with every product you purchase. In case you are not, we will detail below in which case you can send it back to us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Diana's Lingerie all products considered underwear product, which is a priority in terms of hygiene. If the product is unpacked from its protective packaging, the buyer loses his 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. For example, a product cannot be returned due to incorrect size or color selection.

Product replacements 
The customer has the option to replace the product within the warranty period, if during use it has been proven by expert opinion that the product has not deteriorated due to improper use.
We can only replace a product in the same size and color.

To start a return, you can contact us at dianaslingerie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, in case we do not have the product in stock, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
